Alex Sherratt



Alex Sherratt joined Matthew Lloyd Architects in 2001 and became a Partner in 2004, having served as Project Architect for the internationally acclaimed St Paul’s Old Ford in East London. He is responsible for project delivery, with extensive experience of projects with complex client structures and briefs, excellent examples being New Mildmay in Shoreditch, (shortlisted for an RIBA London Award and Housing Design Award 2018), Twenty Bishop’s Square & St. Botolph’s Hall, and the Forest Road Youth Centre (RICS Community Benefit & Project of the Year Awards London Region 2014). Alex is a visiting tutor at the University of Bath and a Quinquennial Inspector for the Diocese of London, and alongside other projects is developing a conservation specialism in the practice.
