Work has begun on site at All Souls Church, Langham Place with the erection of a full scaffold to the outside of the Grade I listed building marking the beginning of a 9-month external conservation project.

The aim of the works is to undertake a full programme of external repairs, including facade cleaning and relighting the spire, in order to leave the external building fabric in the best possible state in advance of the bicentenary of the church in 2024. Scaffolding is being erected to the full extent of the church, including roofs and spire, to facilitate the extensive repairs.
