Phase 1 of the Tybalds Estate wider regeneration project creates ten affordable rent homes in the heart of Holborn. Generous and accessible flats are retrofitted within the lower ground floor of three existing blocks on the estate - Richbell, Falcon, and Blemundsbury - formerly under-utilised resident’s stores.

Public realm improvements are also being implemented as part of this project, including upgrades to access and landscaping, to make better open spaces for both existing and new residents.

The project is currently on site and expected to complete in April 2024. See the masterplan
